United States Senator Deb Fischer attended the Seward Rotary Club meeting on February 23rd and provided remarks on a variety of issues facing the nation and the Senate before taking questions from Rotarians.  Among the topics addressed were the situation in Ukraine, infrastructure, use of federal COVID dollars, regulation, and the current state of the beef cattle industry and sales to packing plants.  She was presented a collection of Seward County gifts by Ken Schmieding, Rotarian and Seward County Commissioner.
