Seward Rotary Club receives a Rotary Citation for its accomplishments during the 2019-20 Rotary Year
Rotary International announced in October that Seward Rotary Club received the Rotary Citation for the Rotary Year ended June 30, 2020. According to Rotary International, the Rotary Citation is the most significant award a Rotary club can achieve.
To receive the citation, Seward Rotary had to achieve at least 13 accomplishments related to Uniting People, Taking Action, and support of Rotary Foundation initiatives, all in furtherance of the Rotary Year’s them “Rotary Connects the World.” Seward Rotary was one of 15 clubs in District 5650 (out of 41) and one of 17 clubs in Nebraska (between Districts 5630 and 5650) to receive a Rotary Citation.
