Funds raised are being matched by Rotary District 5650 and will support the 4-H/FFA Tribute at the Seward County Fairgrounds
The annual Seward Rotary Club Grocery Grab was held at Pac N Save in Seward on Saturday, October 7, 2023.  The grand prize winner, whose name was selected by Lucas Kozisek, was Hannah Saucier.  Saucier was given two minutes to shop the grocery aisles of Pac N Save to collect as much as she could, which was $601.10 worth of groceries.

Earlier that week, the eight preliminary winners were selected at the Seward Rotary Club weekly meeting.  The preliminary winners were Morgan Kozisek, Christ Cupboard, Galen Roebke, Hannah Soucier, and Reed Ayres.  Each winner was given a $25 gift certificate to Pac N Save from the Rotary Club.

The funds generated from the annual Grocery Grab Raffle are being given to support the proposed new 4-H/FFA Tribute statue at the Seward County Fairgrounds.  Rotary District 5650 is providing matching funds for the project.  The final amount donated to the 4-H/FFA Tribute project has not been calculated, as all bills must first be paid.

Rotarian Dee Hartmann coordinated the Grocery Grab at Pac N Save.  Other Rotarians involved were Andy Hartmann, Jon Kruse, Bonnie Kruse, Greg Zabka, Clark Kolterman, Marla Johnson, and Ben Spirk.

Special thanks to Pac N Save and owner Paul Mueller for his support and cooperation in this fundraising project.
