Seward Rotary Club held its 46th Annual Halloween Costume Contest at the Bandshell on October 28, 2021
Seward Rotary Club once again held its annual Children’s Halloween Costume Contest at the Seward Bandshell with plenty of local children and families taking part. Rotarian Dr. Ron Wallman served as the evening emcee and host. Free and open to children ages 12 and younger, all children received a sack of candy. The Grand Prize winner won a special Halloween Rotary Engraved Trophy and all the First, Second and Third Place winners won special Rotary Halloween medals. The First Place winner in each division also won a special Halloween bucket of candy-all donated by the members of the Seward Rotary Club.
Seward Rotarians staffing the event were Russ Sommerfeld, Matt Dominy, Clark Kolterman, Todd LaVelle, Harrison Helmer, Joel Helmer, Sue Tonniges, Ron Niemoth, John Owens, Jessica Kolterman, Greg Zabka, Jane Rehmer, Shelly Nitz, Ron Wallman, and Jon Kruse.
