A New Approach to Chicken

Lincoln Premium Poultry, which contracts with many producers in Seward County, opened its Fremont chicken processing facility in 2016.  We'll hear from fellow Rotarian, Jessica Kolterman, the company's Director of Administration, about what the company has learned, how the facility operates today, and the economic impact it has on eastern Nebraska in this presentation.
