Crime in Seward County, 1869-1908

Dr. Jerry Pfabe, Concordia University professor emeritus, will talk about the scofflaws, ruffians, outlaws and scoundrels of early Seward County, as well as their various, nefarious misdeeds, during what promises to be an englightening program that will make us thankful that we live in a kinder, gentler time...or at least one with attentive law enforcement.
